I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience seeking treatment for a hand injury at your facilities. My visit to the McKellips location was inefficient, as I was informed that no X-ray tech was available and was directed to the Power location without any prior coordination or confirmation of service. Upon arriving at the Power facility, I was told that an X-ray tech is only available three days a week and there was no xray tech available that day, leaving me to secure imaging services independently. Furthermore, the physician’s assessment that the swelling would subside by the following day proved inaccurate, as the condition of my hand has since worsened. Given the three-hour duration of this unproductive ordeal, I intend to follow up with my primary care physician for a proper diagnosis and treatment. I believe it is essential to address the lack of consistent diagnostic resources at your urgent care clinics.

I cut myself near my thumb so I had to go to urgent care, and this location was the closest, originally I came because Google said the weight wouldn't be too bad because you can book online but the next appointment was for three hours later so it was kind of a long wait which I didn't like so I had a sour taste in my mouth already from that until it was my turn and I was next to be seen. It IMMEDIATELY made my long wait worth it. From the front desk staff to the nurse who was taking my vitals and asking me questions about my health to the Doctor Who took care of my cut.... they were the most KINDEST most PATIENT urgent care staff ive ever met. They made me feel comfortable and at ease even though i was freaking out in my head about to have an attack... they made my experience so much more positive and if anything ever happens again that needs to be urgently seen i will 1000% come here again.  I recommend this place a hundred times. Dr. Joel thank you for making this visit a positive one for me as well!

Doctor Mirgeler was everything I could have hoped for in a doctor. Down to business, honest, knowledgeable, caring. Given the circumstances, a 10/10 experience.

UPDATE 8/22/2026 Visit Twisted my hip, lower back - severe pain! Was seen by Candace Darling FNP She knew exactly how to treat it, gave instructions on what to use AND made the recommendation on what was next if it didn’t resolve itself or got worse. Thank you! Another successful treatment by Urgent Care! Always there and always spot on. They are courteous, friendly, professional . If you make an appointment (I did) you are in and out within an hour and all your questions and concerns are answered. Update-Visit of 6/30/2022 Same good care as previous visit . I will continue to go to them when I’m need of Urgent Care. Kudos! Update-Visit of 9/29/2023 Very impressed. Had an eye injury. Kelsey knew exactly how to treat and assisted in securing an Ophthalmologist for a follow-up appointment within 48 hours and knew what antibiotics drops to prescribe to prevent an infection. Double Thanks !! New Visit 11/4/2023 New Visit 01/14/2025 Five Star Service again! Thank you!

Unfortunately, for me, I’ve had to go in 3 times in the last month. Fortunately, they are a fantastic office ! Great front office staff and the MA’s and physicians are wonderful. This is certainly my go-to Urgent Care. Best to make the online appointment though! You could wait a while if you don’t. Thank you all!!
