“We go to Flagstaff often. If we ever need care again while we are there, I’d go back to NextCare without reservation. In this particular instance, we were visiting Flagstaff while my daughters were attending soccer camp. My younger daughter fell ill. We arrived and there were two others in the waiting room (they’d also just arrived). Even so, I completed the paperwork and the doctor saw my daughter within 35 minutes of our arrival.
The doctor was patient and kind. He listened as my daughter (7yrs) described her symptoms. My daughter has had a history of asthma and ear infections and he recognized her symptoms and wrote the appropriate prescriptions. We were in and out in 1 hour, 10 minutes total. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Traveling Route 66 with husband. Developed a severe head and chest cold – absolutely miserable – higher altitude made it even worse. I’ve never needed to use Urgent Care before. Found this clinic online. Easy to register online for an appointment. Staff were super friendly and helpful – they work together like a well oiled machine. I was in and out quickly. Very positive experience. And I’m feeling much better already.
