NextCare Urgent Care: Tramonto, Phoenix

Everyone is kind and professional. The office is clean, wait time is never long .

5/3/25 visit i was greeted by a friendly and helpful front line receptionist. She was able to give a basic fee (plus additional costs based on tests/procedures). Most offices will not give you any info at all making a barrier to healthcare if you haven't reached your deductable. A+ service at check-in already pleased. Less then 2 min I was called back by the MA, friendly, got vitals, double checked meds, reason for visit etc and to my room in 3 min max. Eryn Hunter FNP entered the room, listened to what I had to say, did exam, explained her thoughts and what tests she would like to run (it made sense, nothing excessive). Less then 1 min the MA returned completed some nasal swabs and as she left an X-Ray Tech walks in, walks me to a nearby room and completed the scan and back to my room in 5-6 min? What?? That have this DOWN WOW! Time from X-ray to radiologist report -Minutes!!! A few min later the NP returns, explains diagnosis, treatment, reviews each medication and refers to how it will help with treatment/symptoms. Rxs had been sent to pharmacy prior to this to get them started. As a clinical pharmacist I appreciated the details she provided; one ex. "Don't use the Albuterol close to bedtime as it might keep you awake".<- sleep is underappreciated but critical if your body is to overcome illness...nice touch. Back to checkout, and the simple open office layout made for easy navigation. No surprises at checkout. Appt start 1:00pm. Checkout 1:38PM. I have never seen such efficient cohesive teamwork in my 28yrs of healthcare clinic work. Every single person providing name, what they were doing, where we were going and I felt well taken care of by every single team member. My cousin says he has had the same experience. Wonderful experience, dedicated team.
