At our clinics, your safety and health is our number one priority. We are now offering a variety of treatment and diagnostic options related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

ATTENTION PATIENTS – NextCare is diligently working to maintain COVID-19 testing supplies to offer both rapid and send out specimen collection testing services. Due to ongoing demand and limited supplies NextCare cannot guarantee this service will be available at every location. NextCare will only administer this service when a provider determines it necessary and resources are available to perform the testing service. To identify clinics with available testing, please look for the testing icons on the clinic’s location page.

Our clinics continue to experience a surge in demand. Due to high volumes many of the reference labs used for COVID-19 specimen collection and antibody testing are experiencing delays in providing our clinics with test results. Please be advised we will communicate results as soon as our reference labs have provided them to us. In the event that we cannot reach you by phone with your results, a letter will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

Our first and last visit was in 12/30/2024. Started with the receptionist advising me to hand my daughter the garbage can when i asked for a”puke” bucket (she had a disposable one sitting next her that she actually picked up and then set down. Told me to have her puke in the garbage can. By the looks of the can….We weren’t the first to be told this.Then informed me that the provider on that day preferred the onsite pharmacy. Hmmmm. Kick back??I’m a provider and have never once preferred a pharmacy or anotherThen …the care once in the room was less then acceptable. The MA came in …i started to explain…she says we will swab. I mentioned I’m worried about pneumonia (recent hospitalization for bacterial and mycoplasma). They swabbed for Influenza A&B and Covid. Told me it was negative and that she “looked” viral. Listened to her lungs …said she was fine (mycoplasma pneumonia does not necessarily present with rhonchi)Did not look in her ears …..did not look in her throat ……had no idea she is actually nonverbal …asked no questions regarding symptoms …..Offered an xrayNot sure the MA is a radiology tech …..offered no guidance on correct positioning …I’m the one who positioned her……..then when i asked if a radiologist would be reading this …she said“Well yea there’s one down the hall”The provider came in almost immediately after we returned to the room…..said it was fine and if the radiologist felt different they would call. Not sure the imaging was good enough for accurate interpretation since my child was unable to maintain upright posture at the moment you took the image.Please do not advertise that your facility is capable of extensive OR good care.Your Livonia site is lacking in both!

Went there to get some relief from a severe cough and the process was fast and easy. We were scheduled to fly back later that day and we were able to get checked in quickly. The wait time to see the Dr was about 5 minutes. After his exam, he put in some scripts to fill at the local CVS and we were on our way. It was a very fast and stress free visit.
