I come here when I need a quick check up. They are fast and very helpful. Uriah who works at the front desk is always extremely nice along with there other staff. My provider today was Villa and I'm so happy I stopped in. Feeling better already after a week of sinusitis and an upper respiratory infection. 17 weeks later since my last review. I’ve taken my 18 month old in twice, each time hes seen Np Tamara Duff. She has been very knowledgeable and helpful with my 18 month old son. Very pleased with my visits. The office staff was extremely friendly, Open the door for me to bring my stroller in and out. Overall pleasant urgent care

I absolutely loved the second visit. The physician I saw was amazing. She was very helpful very kind and did a very thorough job. The staff both times were amazing. The first dr definitely never had the staff call me with results which lead to me coming back in a 2nd time BUT that’s one person not the whole team…. All around both times were pleasant…. Dr. Popadiuk is so genuinely kind to her core, and her compassion meant the world to me during a visit for an injury. I am an anxious person and she offered me comfort, and guided me through every step of the process of my treatment. I used this urgent care for severe foot pain and they were so great. Dr. Lilia Popadiuk, Jane the nurse and the front desk associate were all so nice and professional. I was seen quickly and they really helped me with my pain. The office is in the process of being updated and you can see why, but I feel the service is what is important and this team did a great job. Thank you!! I highly recommend them if you need urgent care and aren’t as concerned with dusty or dirty floors.

Veteran qualified for community care woke up coughing and short of breath. Called to ensure they were still a Community Care Provider and when that was affirmed I asked if I needed an appointment and was told they could see me immediately. When I arrived at the facility the receptionist introduced herself and verified my VA eligibility, provided me with a registration form which I completed in 5 minutes. Shortly after I turned in the completed forms a nurse escorted me to a treatment room, introduced herself and took my vitals. In short order a Doctor came into my treatment room, took my medical history, allergies and my medication list. She listened to my lungs and ordered an X-ray. My nurse escorted me to the X-ray room and took two X-rays of my chest, then escorted me back to my treatment room. Approximately 15 later, the Doctor returned with my X-ray results, informed me of my condition, prescribed me two medications and called them into my pharmacy. She gave me a complete brief as to my condition, her plan of action and addressed the questions I had. The nurse escorted me to the lobby. I had forgotten my phone at home at the receptionist was kind to call my wife to explain I would be home after I picked up my prescriptions. I would grade this as a perfect patient experience. The staff is well trained, professional and take an obvious pride in the services they provide. I would highly recommend this facility.

I love this urgent care so much I wish it could be my primary physician. After McLaren ER by ambulance and two other doctors misdiagnosis and treatment the doctor here got my diagnosis and treatment correct. I always have a better outcome here. I would recommend going here instead of the hospital ER if it's possible. You won't be laying in an ER bed in the hallway for 7 hours and end up still needing medical intervention after you're released. Great care always. Thank you MI Urgent Care.

The local Urgent Care for everything colds, flu & Covid tests, X-rays for everything from a stubbed toe and lungs. Same doctors are there for years. Super easy to get in as a regular patient with an average of 2 visits a year. It’s nice to go here and not the expense of an ER Thank you

The wait time was nice maybe because I was there for a holiday but they didn't fix my problem and the doctor seemed knowledgeable so good place to go and get your health care needs

From the moment I walked in this place, I knew it was a good place. The receptionist was courteous and very helpful. The place was very clean. The nurse that greeted me after I got in the room took all my symptoms and was very professional. Then there was the doctor. She was fantastic. She knew exactly what my problem was. And she was also very thorough. They called my prescription in to the pharmacy right next door. I was in and out of this place and on my way home within an hour. I would definitely recommend to anybody. What a great experience!

This is one of the best Urgent Cares I have used, its my go to when my family or myself are sick and need to see a doctor right away. We never wait very long and we are seen right away by the doctor. We are always able to be treated and released quickly and get the meds we need to treat whatever we have. All the staff I have encountered every time I go are super friendly and welcoming. It also helps that you can even schedule a time to come in right online. I would highly reccomend this urgent care to anyone who looking to be treated right away and can't get in to see their regular physician.

They were as quick as possible sending my boyfriend to the hospital like 10 minutes in, they don't have IV's So they couldn't treat his severe dehydration but I'm just happy he was taken care of.
