I had to bring my toddler in for a head injury, we were pretty sure she didn’t have a concussion but wanted to be on the safe side. We were seen very quickly and the receptionist was helpful getting us through all the paperwork and checked in. The support staff was great with my little one, as was the PA. I really appreciated his demeanor with my daughter and his care around addressing her head injury, including giving me all the information about the necessity vs risk of a CT scan at her age. I never felt pressured one way or another, just empowered to trust my instincts with his guidance. I was very appreciative of my entire experience for what was otherwise a scary visit.

Friendly staff, excellent care. I got an appointment the same day (within an hour to be exact!) Short wait to be seen, and follow-up care over the phone when I needed it a few days later. Highly recommend this urgent care!
