At our clinics, your safety and health is our number one priority. We are now offering a variety of treatment and diagnostic options related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
ATTENTION PATIENTS – Our clinics continue to experience a surge in demand. Due to high volumes many of the reference labs used for COVID-19 specimen collection and antibody testing are experiencing delays in providing our clinics with test results. Please be advised we will communicate results as soon as our reference labs have provided them to us. In the event that we cannot reach you by phone with your results, a letter will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

We accept most major insurance companies. Here are some of the more commonly seen insurances accepted at this location. If you have questions about a specific insurance provider, please call (888) 381-4858 to check with our staff.
