*Same-day rapid testing available for females only. We offer alternative options for male STD testing.

Services Offered

NextCare helps you get the care you need the moment you need it. Here are some of the things we treat at our location.

Covid-19 Considerations

At our clinics, your safety and health is our number one priority. We are now offering a variety of treatment and diagnostic options related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

ATTENTION PATIENTS – NextCare is diligently working to maintain COVID-19 testing supplies to offer both rapid and send out specimen collection testing services. Due to ongoing demand and limited supplies NextCare cannot guarantee this service will be available at every location. NextCare will only administer this service when a provider determines it necessary and resources are available to perform the testing  service.  To identify clinics with available testing, please look for the testing icons on the clinic’s location page.

Our clinics continue to experience a surge in demand. Due to high volumes many of the reference labs used for COVID-19 specimen collection and antibody testing are experiencing delays in providing our clinics with test results. Please be advised we will communicate results as soon as our reference labs have provided them to us. In the event that we cannot reach you by phone with your results, a letter will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

I had to return for a follow up and my PA MS Kelly did an excellent job rechecking me and discovered my condition had not improved and made changes to my prescriptions which had already made a change within a day. Thank you MS Kelly. You really helped me.

All providers were kind and helpful. Only frustration was virtual appointment recommended onsite, booked me locally within an hour but when I showed the site was running 1.5 hours behind. I wish they would have adjusted their scheduling before I arrived. I had to kill time while feeling very unwell, not ideal as I would have stayed home longer.

Each person who helped me was kind, from the nurse practitioner to the doctor to the nurse. Each person listened carefully to my concerns. They took time for me, and I did not feel that they were rushing or pushing to get to the next patient. I went in with two medical concerns, and they appropriately and effectively addressed each issue. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

Kind and professional! If their X-ray machine wasn’t broken, I would have given it 5 stars.

Came in 11/24/24 right near at closing, and they still saw me. (Sorry for coming in so late.) Was positive for covid, so they got my treatment plan all sorted out quickly. Came in next day, at a more appropriate time, for suspected ear infection and to change one of the meds prescribed the previous day. The provider of the day took the time to explain the treatment options and was able to prescribe me something not as heavy duty. The wait time was pretty long, but after they got me to a room it was nice to lay down for awhile.

The personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was the very long (well over an hour) wait in the lobby to see someone even though there was only one person sitting there ahead of me.I did not have an appointment. My total visit time was over 2 hours.I am here on vacation and thought that "Urgent Care" meant that I would be processed fairly rapidly as the video in the lobby stated that the average visit time was an hour.

I am very grateful to NextCare and especially the PA, April, who cared for me! She and her assistant were very familiar with my issue (it is recurring). I have had an ER doctor not know anything about this gynecological condition. They were very caring and sensitive, which put me at much more ease! The care decision and medication kept me from having to have minor surgery, which is how it always has progressed in the past. I was very impressed!! And so very grateful!! The knowledge and sensitivity shown was great! The front desk was efficient and though I had about a 30 minute wait after my appointment time to be seen, I would go again in a heartbeat! An ER visit on the weekend would have taken much more time and been much more expensive! Thank you so much NextCare and especially to the PA April!!

I have so many great things I could say about this place. My appointment was at 12pm, checked in 15 minutes early, and was taken back right on the dot at noon. All of the staff, and especially Julie, are so exceptional. From the moment I stepped back, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be returning to see these girls again for future visits.

Had to visit this facility today, as my husband badly injured his finger while working in the yard. It was likely the quickest appointment we have experienced. The assistant cleaned the wound very well and the doctor assessed, numbed, and placed four sutures. The front desk assistant quick, productive, and super informative. Everybody at this facility today was kind, smiling, laughing, and overly helpful. So much quicker than being seen at the ER.

I went to this urgent care yesterday (2/27/2024) and let me tell you. They didn’t help much at all. I came in because I got burned at work, I explained the situation and they said it would be about an hour wait which happens, I don’t blame them for that. But I sat in the lobby with my arm and toe on fire. They didn’t offer an ice pack, or a wet paper towel or anything. They kept saying they were working on contacting my work to get the insurance information because it was a workers comp claim. I finally got in the back and the doctor said mentioned going to the hospital which created panic for me internally cause I didn’t really understand how severe my injury was at first I just knew I was in alot of pain and my arm and foot felt like it was on fire. She then sent a nurse to put burn cream on and wrap my arm, they did a poor job and they didn’t put cream on all of the blisters that were forming. I had to have the other nurse rewrap me cause the bandages were falling off already. He ended up putting medical tape on my blisters accidentally (I don’t blame him necessarily because it was difficult to see where the blisters were forming). They didn’t even provide me the bare minimum pain relief like an ibuprofen (I was in agonizing pain). They also wouldn’t let me leave until they got my insurance information from my work. I felt like I was being held hostage. This whole experience tells me a few things, they really only care about your money and not really your health and they don’t have proper training for situations like this. I’ve never been burned so I didn’t really know whether to go to an urgent care or a hospital, that’s my mistake, but I don’t want other people to make that mistake. I ended up going to the hospital after and canceling my follow up appointment and when I went to call and cancel they said “we might want to do a follow up appointment anyways” and I told them “no, I will not be coming back, I don’t feel like I got adequate care the first time”. She said she would put a note into my account and cancel my appointment but this morning I received an automated text message saying they confirmed my appointment for Friday, canceled it online but this also tells me they weren’t listening to what I had to say and they didn’t cancel my appointment. Overall pretty disappointed in my experience here, I didn’t feel heard, I don’t think they realized how serious the situation was, and I feel like they only cared about how they were going to get their money.I uploaded photos, the first ones are when I was at the urgent care and some of the bandages they initially put on and the second ones were after I left urgent care and removed the wrap they put on me. The hospital said they were 2nd degree burns with some 3rd degree burns and I am following up with the burn center today (2/28/2024).
