Services Offered

NextCare helps you get the care you need the moment you need it. Here are some of the things we treat at our location.

At our clinics, your safety and health is our number one priority. We are now offering a variety of treatment and diagnostic options related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

ATTENTION PATIENTS – NextCare is diligently working to maintain COVID-19 testing supplies to offer both rapid and send out specimen collection testing services. Due to ongoing demand and limited supplies NextCare cannot guarantee this service will be available at every location. NextCare will only administer this service when a provider determines it necessary and resources are available to perform the testing  service.  To identify clinics with available testing, please look for the testing icons on the clinic’s location page.

Our clinics continue to experience a surge in demand. Due to high volumes many of the reference labs used for COVID-19 specimen collection and antibody testing are experiencing delays in providing our clinics with test results. Please be advised we will communicate results as soon as our reference labs have provided them to us. In the event that we cannot reach you by phone with your results, a letter will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

I was very pleased at the care I was given after falling and fracturing my right ankle. The doctor and technicians were very kind, but I do have one very, very serious piece of feedback and it’s why I didn’t give five stars. When my ankle was stabilized, until I could be seen by an orthopedic specialist, they used a piece of fiberglass material that you wet, and as it dries, it hardens. Unfortunately, what they did was put this wet stuff along the back of my calf, and under my heel and foot, and then used an ace bandage to wrap it around my leg for it to dry. Unfortunately, once that thing dried, over the next five days, it rubbed wounds and sores into my bare skin because there was nothing to protect it. Then, once I had surgery the doctors at the hospital made the a same type of splint. Thankfully they wrapped my leg in padding first but the existing sores continued to get rubbed by the new splint while at the same time I then had pain from all of the incisions and stitches in my foot, ankle and leg. If my leg had been wrapped prior to the initial splint being made at the urgent care, I could’ve avoided a great deal of pain. The hospital did their best to make modifications every single day to my splint to try to make it more comfortable to wear but it wasn’t until I could come home and remove it during the day while laying in bed that my wounds could start to heal. It’s strange to me that there isn’t a better material to make a splint out of so that they don’t make a situation worse. I’m 54 now and broke my wrist in first grade. The same thing they wrapped my wrist in is the same thing they made the splint out of. I’m just thankful they didn’t wrap my entire leg with it because I would’ve lost my mind! The thing is really heavy too!! Maybe I’ll hang onto it instead of a bat so that if someone breaks into my home, I have some run to whack them over the top of the head with.🙄
Great experience here getting my lacerations treated. The wait was a little long, but it was a holiday so it was to be expected.
