At our clinics, your safety and health is our number one priority. We are now offering a variety of treatment and diagnostic options related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

ATTENTION PATIENTS – NextCare is diligently working to maintain COVID-19 testing supplies to offer both rapid and send out specimen collection testing services. Due to ongoing demand and limited supplies NextCare cannot guarantee this service will be available at every location. NextCare will only administer this service when a provider determines it necessary and resources are available to perform the testing service. To identify clinics with available testing, please look for the testing icons on the clinic’s location page.

Our clinics continue to experience a surge in demand. Due to high volumes many of the reference labs used for COVID-19 specimen collection and antibody testing are experiencing delays in providing our clinics with test results. Please be advised we will communicate results as soon as our reference labs have provided them to us. In the event that we cannot reach you by phone with your results, a letter will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

Thus far, I have utilized this urgent care location for my 3 grandchildren. Each time that I have been to this location, I have felt welcomed and listened to. As the Grandmother, I feel that speaks volumes! With the many changes in our health system one never knows the potential road blocks... not one single time has this been an issue. It has always been the concern of the patient first. Their front desk, Shayla, is welcoming and efficient, even when I'm frazzled, she offers a warm smile and moves us thru the sign in process. I just can not say enough about Nurse Karen- bravo! Ms. Karen knows just how to lend that helping hand. My granddaughters adore her, she makes them comfortable and gets their vitals quickly. You try to get a 1 yr old to sit still long enough to get oxygen count.. she does that! Just last evening I was pretty sure that my 5 yr old would have agreed to a sleepover. And when i'm frazzled, her calmness helps me out,too. She has a special touch. Dr. Bowen is the doctor that I have dealt with the most... he is thorough, I have never felt like I've been rushed thru a visit. He takes the time to listen to, not just me, but he also interacts with my granddaughters, asks them how they're feeling. They may be young but they know their feelings matter. I can tell that he has his patient's best health care and recovery in mind. And always a kind word for the caregiver that is there, too. I would very highly recommend this urgent care to my family and friends and will utilize them myself if the need arises.
