Chrissy (Saniuk) Svoboda, grew up in Bellevue, Nebraska. She completed her undergraduate degree at Saint Louis University and went on to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Union College in Lincoln. Chrissy began working in Urgent Care once she graduated in 2009. She switched gears to Family Medicine in 2014 and truly enjoys building relationships with her patients. Chrissy was certified in the Optimization of BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy in 2017 and has been incorporating this and other wellness practices into her patient care. In her free time, Chrissy enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two kids.

I had to visit NextCare recently, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all, which is always a huge plus. The nurse and doctor who treated me were both professional, thorough, and made sure to explain everything clearly. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, even though I was dealing with an urgent issue. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated how quickly they took care of my needs. I highly recommend NextCare for anyone looking for fast and quality care.

The front desk folks were kind, helpful, and open to joking about the awful state of the medical industrial complex and how unfair and inaccessible health insurance is. The ARPN I saw spoke to me collaboratively about my concerns and took my observations and opinions into consideration as we worked together toward a diagnosis. However, I’ve been to this place three times and THE SELF-CHECK IN HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY.

The check in took longer than I wanted. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. Once we were seen it was very a fast process Very professional and very kind. I would definitely recommend their practice.

After having pneumonia, my joints got inflamed, and it was painful to walk. NextCare got me in the day I needed to be seen. The doctor was great, and my nurse, Elaina, was so caring. She had to give me a shot, and I couldn't even feel it! I can walk today, and I'M SO THANKFUL! I don't remember my doctor's name, but it was a man. He really wanted to help me figure out what was going on. I will definitely be back! The only reason my wait time was a little long is that I came during the lunch hour, and that's my fault not theirs. Everyone needs to eat their lunch. ;)

The doctor was great. The staff was very kind. It was on a weekend and they were very busy but we didn’t mind waiting and we got excellent service once we got back to see the doctor.

I was very pleased with everything and everyone, even the website. I loved the ease of being able to book ahead online. Walked in to the clinic and was greeted and helped right away, the front desk staff mentioned they were running behind 2 hours, it ended up being less than 1 hour, I know these places are so busy, so I was fine waiting. I received text updates stating where I was in line, and when I was up next. Once I was taken back the MA was professional and once I saw the PA she was professional and very knowledgeable on the full body rash I was there for. She wasn’t pushy with medications I didn’t feel comfortable with. Overall 5/5 and I will definitely come back if needed in the future. Thanks so much, and keep up the great work. Appt 9/29/24.

NextCare urgent care is the best urgent care I have used in town. I have been going there for years and two of my kids have been seen there and every visit has been very accurate and professional. Cost is fantastic for the level of experience and accuracy you receive. Yes, I mention accuracy a lot because NextCare has corrected a couple of ridiculous misdiagnosis’s from other urgent cares most notably an issue when my daughter had a concerning shortness of breath issue. I have 4 kids and doctors offices book far out these days so I am thankful to have this as a viable alternative. No matter where I live in Omaha, it’s worth the drive. Thanks guys!
