Please be advised we will communicate results as soon as our reference labs have provided them to us. In the event that we cannot reach you by phone with your results, a letter will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

I've been using this location for the past two years. I love that you can make an appointment!! You can walk in, too. I've seen two different doctors in the two years so it appears that they keep staff. They're quick and personal. Especially reception staff.

I had an awesome caring experience with NextCare. from time of check-in all the way through the doctor.. they were so polite and super professional the doctor was amazing. He took his time and really evaluated me with an injury cutting two of my fingers on my right hand. I would recommend this urgent care compared to every single one here in Albuquerque. I had some really bad experiences including my regular urgent care which is Lovelace Medical Urgent care. most places you walk in and they look mad or don’t even greet you the girls in the front were amazing first thing big smiles on their face and we’re just amazing. Another plus is my Insurance and is close to my house but if I ever move, I will drive all the way out there just to see them again if needed.. God bless them all for the best Care I’ve received in a long time.

OMG what a pleasant experience for an urgent care visit! The staff was so kind, informative and welcoming. Love the PA's bedside manner and Miranda, well she's just awesome! It's already irritating when you're not feeling up to par, but the staff sure did a great job to minimize the misery. I definitely recommend NextCare and especially this location! Thank you!

Everyone starting from the front desk, to the technician or nurse, to the doc, back to the desk, were professional and personable. Took the time to help me but also didn’t keep me there forever like most places. Pleasantly surprised. Next time I ruin my day with an injury I’ll be sure to come back to Nexcare.

Our initial experience was not good. We arrived before 9 and waited for the doors to open. The door was unlocked after 9 and our greeting was very abrupt, harsh and short. So I don't want to be there with a sick child but your front office staff gets paid to be there. She should practice being a little nicer. The triage nurse and physicians assistant were amazing. They made my son feel much better.Thank youRenee Montoya

The Dr. assistant was very nice and knew her job well.The Dr I saw was also very knowledgeable. She listened to me and prescribed what I believe to be a good regimen to get Reid of my illness.The receptionist was just as friendly and nice as everyone else.

I arrived without an appointment. I was told it would be 1 hour and 15 minute wait. In all actuality it was 30 minutes at most. Staff were all helpful and professional. Doctor visit was thorough and helpful. I will return to this facility. Thank you for a good experience

I have given this place the best reviews, until now! The receptionist can't be older than 20 years old! And apparently no one taught her customer service! There was one, patient sitting in the waiting area, I walked in at 2:15, and she turned me away rolling her eyes, with this rude attitude correcting me that they are not doctors there, they are providers, knowing damn well that she knew what I meant when I said doctor. Im a sick patient who went where I thought they cared but because ANGELICA didn't care, I will from now on, be going somewhere else!!

Doctor didn't show up for work that day, I had an appointment. I then went to another location on the other side of town checked in to get seen. While I was waiting I discovered that there was no doctor at that site to give exams, only virtual appointments, I wasnt informed of this when I was checking in. I eventually ended up at Duke City Urgent Care. The care and service I received there was incredible. If I should need urgent care services I will return to Duke City Urgent Care.
