Baylor Scott and White Urgent Care+: Fort Worth (Tarrant)

All the staffs were very helpful

This place is not affiliated with Baylor Scott & White and should make that clear before entering. Instead of my normal co-pay of my $15.00, I was charged a whopping $50.00 fee. This establishment, Next Care Urgent Care, is not connected to the Baylor Scott and White patient portal to view your medical history. Although, I recieved great care once seen by the nurse and the FNP, however, it seemed as if the front desk staff was not interested in providing me services due to arriving at 4:45pm and closing time was 5:00pm. I was told that the wait time would be 1 hour and 30 minutes eventhough the waiting area was completely empty. I was almost detoured but my need to be seen was crucial and was discover to be detrimental to my health. Once past the receptionists desk, my nurse Daisy, was amazing. She was patient with me, kind, and had a professional demeanor. Once the FNP, Imani Crosby, entered my examination room, the same quality of care was give as the nurse. The medical staff even spoke to my pharmacist for clarification. All in all this is a great establishment that was clean and properly provided care I only would have to preferred to a $15.00 co-pay instead of a $50.00 co-pay if known that this was not a Baylor Scott and White true establishment.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Overall, my experience was good. Highly recommend.
