The Advantage Program allows you to receive comprehensive medical care in-clinic or through video visits for only $39 per visit. 
Designed as a monthly membership, Advantage benefits customers who may visit urgent care more frequently. Members pay a low monthly fee and can cancel at any time if they no longer need the service. The initial enrollment is prepaid for 90 days and is non-refundable. Membership fees are automatically deducted every 30 days thereafter.

  • Preventative Services including but not limited to physicals, vaccinations, and/or routine monitoring of chronic illnesses.
  • Work related injuries and/or services.
  • Motor Vehicle Accident injuries and/or services.
  • Durable Medical Equipment (Crutches, Splints, etc.); this service is provided and billed through an outside vendor, but may be covered by a medical insurance plan if you have one.
  • Services performed by outside facilities; these will be billed to you or your insurance company separately by the providing institutions, and may include but are not limited to Imaging Services (MRI’s, CT scans, Ultrasounds, etc.) and laboratory services not performed within our participating urgent care clinic.
  • Prescription Medications.
  • Advantage is not insurance; it is a discount program that can only be used at participating locations of NextCare and its family of brands.
  • Advantage is a monthly membership program. The initial enrollment period is prepaid for 90 days and is non-refundable. Monthly membership fees begin 90 days from the date of purchase and will continue every 30 days.
  • Members are required to provide a credit/debit card for monthly membership fees, which are automatically withdrawn every 30 days.
  • Advantage cannot be used if you wish to bill your insurance for the care you receive at our locations.
  • Advantage cannot be used with any U.S. government plan such as Medicaid or Medicare.

ValueCare and annual Advantage memberships do not auto renew so you need to purchase another year if you want to continue receiving benefits. For customers who have access to online account management features, you can log in to your online account to purchase another membership. If you do not have online access, you can go to any of our participating clinics and purchase a new membership.

This applies to the Advantage Monthly Membership only. Cancellations must be submitted 10 days prior to your next billing cycle. For customers who have online account access, simply log in to your account and click on the menu bar. Then go to My account and click Services, then click Membership and then click the Cancel item icon next to the item you wish to cancel. You must then select a reason for cancel and click Submit. Yes. Our programs are sold as individual memberships only so if you have multiple family members that you wish to enroll, you can purchase multiple memberships at the same time for those family members.
Our Medical Discount Programs are not health insurance programs/policies and are not meant for individuals who have chronic medical conditions. Our discount programs are offered to those without insurance or who have high-deductible policies as a way to reduce non-emergency medical costs.
Our discount programs do not cover outside lab work or durable medical equipment (crutches, splints, etc.). Please see the Fees Not Covered By Your Membership section for more information.
No, the discount plans may not be used to contribute toward any deductible. NextCare and its participating family of brands will not bill your insurance for visits.
Our Medical Discount Programs can be used if you have a high-deductible insurance plan. However, the discount programs cannot be used if you wish to bill your insurance for the care you receive at our locations.
No. Care Credit cannot be used to pay for enrollment or monthly membership fees.
Unfortunately, HSA and prepaid credit/debit cards cannot be used to pay for Medical Discount Program enrollment and membership dues.
Your membership is active the moment you purchase it and you can use it immediately.

By signing up for a Medical Discount Program, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You acknowledge that You have enrolled and agreed to participate in a Medical Discount Program from the participating urgent care clinics of NextCare and its family of brands.

IF YOU HAVE ENROLLED IN AN ADVANTAGE MONTHLY PROGRAM, You acknowledge that You have enrolled and agreed to participate in a monthly Membership Discount Program. You understand that You have pre-paid for the first 90 days of the membership and that these fees are non-refundable. You acknowledge that You understand that Advantage monthly membership fees thereafter will be automatically deducted every 30 days from the payment details You provided. You understand that monthly billing will begin 90 days after your first enrollment.

You acknowledge that if the payment details You provided expire, You have authorized NextCare to obtain a new expiration date from the card issuer, if we choose to do so, and/or to continue billing the card in accordance with the terms of this agreement (whether or not we have obtained a new expiration date). In accordance with applicable law, if our first attempt to collect any fee for this membership is unsuccessful, we may make additional attempts to collect from any/all payment methods You provide. NextCare is not liable for any fees charged by your financial institution in the event a payment request is returned as uncollectable.

You acknowledge that if You wish to cancel your Advantage MONTHLY Membership, You must submit a request 10 days before your next billing cycle to ensure appropriate time to process the cancellation. Cancellation requests may be submitted in the following ways:

For Advantage ANNUAL and ValueCare ANNUAL enrollees, You acknowledge that You understand that this membership is valid one year from date of purchase and will expire unless You agree to renew it. You understand that the enrollment fees are non-refundable.

FOR ALL MEDICAL DISCOUNT PROGRAM MEMBERS:

You acknowledge that our Medical Discount Programs are not insurance and may only be used at our participating locations. You acknowledge that any care You receive under a Medical Discount Membership cannot be billed to your medical insurance and that this medical discount plan cannot be used with any U.S. government medical plan.

You acknowledge that online enrollment and other membership fees are subject to change without advance notification. Proof of membership must be provided at time of services in clinic.

You acknowledge that the following fees are not covered by your Medical Discount Program membership:

By enrolling in a Medical Discount Program You acknowledge that You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions regarding membership benefits and enrollment. You understand that this Medical Discount Program only applies to select services provided by a participating urgent care clinic of NextCare and its family of brands, and that You will be responsible for any fees, at the time of service, incurred for services not included in the membership program. You also understand that You may never seek reimbursement from any health insurance for services received under this program and that we will not bill a health insurer for services You receive as a Medical Discount Program subscriber.

  • Servicios realizados por instalaciones externas – Estos se facturarán a usted o a su compañía de seguros por separado por las instituciones proveantes, y pueden incluir, pero no se limitan a los servicios de imágenes (MRI’s, tomografías, ultrasonidos, etc.) y servicios de laboratorio que no se realizan dentro de nuestras clínicas de urgencias.
  • Medicamentos con Receta

Al inscribirse en un programa de descuento médico, usted reconoce que ha leído y entendido estos términos y condiciones con respecto a los beneficios de la membresía y la inscripción. Usted entiende que este programa de descuento médico sólo se aplica a los servicios selectos proporcionados por una clínica de atención urgente participante de Nextcare y sus familias de marca, y que usted será responsable de cualquier cargo, en el momento del servicio, incurridos por servicios no incluidos en el programa de membresía. Usted también entiende que nunca podrá solicitar el reembolso de ningún seguro de salud por los servicios recibidos bajo este programa y que no facturaremos a una aseguradora de salud por los servicios que reciba como suscriptor del programa de descuento médico.
