Use our Wait at Home or Office check-in
Tired of waiting in a lobby? At NextCare Urgent Care you can choose to wait wherever you would be most comfortable and least inconvenienced by using WAHOO!
How does it work? If you are already in our lobby, just provide the front desk team member with your contact phone number (a mobile phone number is usually the best), stay within a reasonably short drive back to the clinic, and we will text you when your exam room is ready – it’s that simple!
If you are at home or work, simply “check-in” by clicking on the online check-in button in the header of the website and follow the online directions. After completing the online WAHOO registration, we will text you to confirm your visit and the chosen location to let you know when an exam room is ready. Just head into the clinic when you receive the text. It’s that easy!
Not all services are appropriate for every patient and NextCare providers will determine recommended treatment and services based upon their clinical judgement and individual patient needs.
